Join Rofuto this Easter for ‘Shibui’ Supper Club


Forget chocolate this Easter and join us for our first Supper Club – ‘Shibui’ at Rofuto. Bringing ‘old school cool’ to the restaurant, you are invited to an evening of delicious food followed by Funk, Neo Soul, Hip Hop and Groove from Birmingham’s musical collective, Move on Up.


From 7.30pm on Sunday April 16, customers will be treated to a stunning five-course set sharing menu, crafted by Head Chef, Pedro Miranda, exclusively for our ‘Shibui’ inspired supper club. This unique sharing concept focuses on the Pan Asian food culture power of five; combining sense, aroma, taste, colours and ways to create an extraordinary dining encounter. From sushi platters to pulled pork Gyoza, the menu show cases many Rofuto favourites which are sure to tantalize your taste buds.


After dinner, guests can dance into the early hours with a performance from Move on Up DJs; Jus’ Neil, Dj Riley, Soul:Fusion and Raymond ‘RJ’ James; whilst taking in the spectacular views across the Birmingham skyline.


Combining simplicity, modesty and naturalness, ‘Shibui’ can be found in many areas of Japanese culture. Fusing this with food, music and atmosphere, our ‘Shibui’ Supper Club will create an effortlessly cool experience for guests to enjoy.
